Look out Florida - Game Nation fans have spoken. Game Nation is looking to find a location, to create jobs, to create culture, and build the first ever Experiential Video Game Theme Park and Resort!  It is exciting to see so many of the Game Nation fans pick Florida as the clear cut winner. With Florida soon to be the third largest state, Game Nation is enthusiastic about exploring land opportunities.

Florida is an ideal location, since it has existing major airports across the state, a very good highway system connecting both coasts, and has recently upgraded its sea ports to accommodate more tourism.  Florida is already known as a worldwide tourist destination with its many visitors traveling specifically to enjoy a theme park experience.  However, Game Nation would offer a brand new experience, with total immersion and complete interactivity, Game Nation will combine video game mechanics with physical themed attractions, creating the world’s first experiential video game theme park and resort.
 
Florida has also announced their plan to create 700,000 new jobs and Game Nation could help in meeting that goal.  Game Nation is projected to create thousands of new jobs.

Game Nation announces Atari’s interest in making their classic games a part of its Theme Park and Resort.

Game Nation, the much anticipated Experiential Video Game Theme Park and Resort, announced today that Atari is looking to show Game Nation fans some 8-bit love.

Atari has some of the most recognizable classic games in the video game industry.  The possibility of having great classic games like Centipede, Asteroids and Missile Command made into fully interactive rides and attractions would certainly be a global success.

Game Nation announces: The Realm of Etheria

On the distant horizon stand a majestic castle with tall banners waving in the wind. Surrounding you are humble cottages and shops with earthen walls, thatched roofs and stone chimneys. The sounds of livestock, friendly shopkeepers and the clanging of a blacksmith fill the air. You can smell savory meats, fresh baked bread and fragrant blossoms which hug the terrain and buildings, inviting you in. You stand at the entrance holding your chosen weapon (a magical staff, longsword, or crossbow) as the town crier welcomes you to the realm of Etheria. While interacting with the townsfolk, quests are given to you. You can find these adventures by exploring, but the quests give you direct access as well as hidden secrets. The land is filled with festival rides that challenge your nerve and bravery and also arenas where you can test your might and skill. All this leading up to an epic encounter where you must defeat a dark evil that jeopardizes the magical balance of Etheria.

Game Nation announces: The Domain of Xeridon



Smoky mist fills the air. You’re surrounded by the most exquisite architectural buildings, crumbled and burning to ash. Sounds of alien-esque screams and gunfire are heard in the distance. You grab hold of your weapon (machine gun, energy sword, laser crossbow or laser powered gloves). You’ve entered a war zone, the domain of Xeridon. Picking your way through the rubble, you’re met by space marines issuing a call to arms. They quickly give you updates of the battle zones, leading you to the next invasion area. But the faint of heart must test their skill and bravery before entering battle. They must pass marine training which consists of a variety of machines that hurl you through quick turns at highspeeds. It’s the ones that drop you hundreds of feet that separate the mice from the men. If you are one of the chosen few, you’ll be promoted to space marine. When you enter the desolate wastelands, the ground shakes beneath you, as the earth is shifted by the bombardment of an alien clan. You will have to endure many waves of battle. Your skill to fly aircraft and drive ground vehicles will be imperative for your survival. In your hands alone, the fate of future earth rests.

Game Nation™ Experiential Theme Park announces the land of Chroma! 

Seeing a new land in the distance, you walk right underneath a massive rainbow whose vivid colors are each outlined in black. All around you are talking animals and waving flowers with excessively bright tones that make you smile. You realize that you’ve entered a real world of live animation…the land of Chroma! As cotton candy clouds roll by, a smiling turtle slaps you high five. You stroll through a forest of brightly painted puffy trees, which are growing apples the size of dinner plates! You notice a “Wanted” poster tacked to one of these trees. There’s a reward for rescuing the princess of this land! She’s been abducted and is being held captive by Dark Raven. Sounds like a challenge! Walking out of the forest and into town, you’re welcomed by eager townsfolk giving you quests and tasks. There are many villages and it is easy to get lost in the vibrant land around you. You are asked to help farm, locate lost treasures and enjoy rides in the many festivals. But you mustn’t forget, there’s a princess to save and great adventure lies ahead.

Game Nation™ First District announced! 
 
Game Nation™ Experiential Theme Park announced the first "District" of several planned.   

Dark and foreboding is your first impression of The Alternet. The entrance is a huge machine with light and energy. The arcing electricity crackles through the air while the green glow lures you in.  The line of people in front of you eagerly awaits the impending transformation into their present-day alter-ego.  As you walk through the gateway, you are covered with smoke, lasers and a flash of light.  

You enter a cityscape where the darks are darker and the colors are more vibrant, just past the point of reality.  With your weapon in hand (machine gun, ninja sword, double fisted handguns), you start to explore the busy downtown.  Shopkeepers and citizens are oblivious to your alter-ego. Throughout this world, you have the choice to become a spy, modern warrior, or even your favorite superstar. By completing missions, you will receive clues that will reveal the plot of an underground terrorist group whose sole intent is the demise of the civilians. You will run through missions to collect intel, stop massive structures from being blown up and fight in war zones the size of city blocks.  

The most important choice you have is…which side you’re on.  You can stop dreaming about it, now you'll be able to live it.
